Season

The Afterdeck is rented on a "first come, first
served" reservation basis, according to the following schedule:
 | May 1 through September 30: Rentals on Monday through
Thursday only |
 | October 1 through April 30: Rentals any day, except legal
holidays or the weekends (Friday through Sunday) adjacent to legal
holidays |

Rental rates include one hour set-up and one hour
cleanup. A $250 security deposit is required for every rental.
 | Monday through Thursday: $50 per hour (3-hour minimum) |
 | Monday through Thursday, day rate: $300 per day (8 hours by
arrangement) |
 | Friday through Saturday: $100 per hour (3-hour minimum) |
 | Sunday: $50 per hour (3-hour minimum) |

Facility

Here is general information and guidelines about the facility:
 | Afterdeck capacity is 125.
 | The Afterdeck is handicapped accessible via the main entrance.
 | Afterdeck rental includes use of the main floor open area,
restrooms, catering kitchen, observation deck and patio.
 | Afterdeck staff and/or security personnel will be on site.
 | Caterers must be licensed and insured.
 | An open bar is allowed only for 3.2 beer. A cash bar requires a
licensed, insured bartender.
 | Kegs, party balls, wine and liquor are prohibited in Cheney State
Park and The Afterdeck.
 | All Cheney State Park and NSA rules must be obeyed. |

To Reserve the Facility
|
If you wish to reserve the Afterdeck, do the following:
 | Call 316-729-5757, the NSA's Administrative Secretary, who will
have the phone number for the current rental manager.
 | Read, complete and sign the Rental Agreement (obtained from the
rental manager).
 | Pay 25% of the total rental fee.
 | Pay the remaining rental fee and $250 security deposit in full
not less than thirty days before the scheduled event. |
